Art is a way of
life. It is a process of discovery in which you observe,
interpret and express your experience. The creative arts
students share their vision with the world and shape future.
An artist has the magical touch to transform a yellow spot
into the sun. Our students are given the opportunity to try
out their skills in traditional as
well as modern arts & crafts --
papier mache, tie and dye, collage
making, murals, painting, sculpture. The students
are taken for workshops for hands-on training and also
garner experience through frequent visits to local art
galleries. Our creative arts curriculum is research-based
and encourages students not merely to exhibit their skills
but also to delve deep into the history and evolution of
art. In keeping with the demands of the changing world and
to teach our art students commercially viable skills, we
also focus on
design technology involving textiles,
accessories, advertising to name a few.
